Nancy Silvia has art degrees from the Rhode Island School of Design and Yale University. She is a signature member is multiple pastel societies such as the Pastel Society of America, the Pastel Society of New Mexico, and the Plein Air Painters of New Mexico. Nancy has been painting and exhibiting her work for over 30 years, both in the United States and overseas.
