Please note: The Fechin House will be closed Thursday, June 2 for the installation of Sun Patterns, Dark Canyon: The Paintings and Aquatints of Doel Reed. The Fechin Studio, Museum Store and Gardens will be open for you to enjoy.
COVID-19 Safety Due to the small spaces inside the Museum, Studio and Store, we strongly encourage visitors to wear masks and maintain physical distancing while indoors for your health protection and ours. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public space where people are present. Therefore, we cannot guarantee you will not be exposed to COVID-19 during your visit to Taos Art Museum at Fechin House. Those visiting do so at their own risk of such exposure.
Please only view with your eyes. Please do not touch the artwork, objects, historical furnishings or surfaces. We also ask that you please not sit on the historical furniture. Please leave large bags at the front desk or locked in your car. Please leave items larger than 12” x 6” x 12” (including purses, bags, and backpacks) with the front desk or locked in your car.

The first floor of the Fechin House, the Fechin Studio, Museum Store, gardens, and public restrooms are wheelchair accessible. In addition, wheelchair-accessible parking is available by the main entrance of the Museum.
