This beautiful floral still life by Ben Turner is still available for purchase.
Born in Gallup, New Mexico in 1912, Ben Turner was one of the few native New Mexicans to achieve significant commercial success in the early 20th Century. He studied at the University of New Mexico and the Art Institute of Chicago, and learned from some of Taos's most celebrated painters— Blumenschein, Berninghaus, Couse, Higgins, and Sharp.
