Aquamarine & Black O'Keefe Inspired Tumbler by Rachel A. Donner
This handmade tumbler by ceramic artist Rachel A. Donner is inspired by the work of famous Southwest painter Georgia O'Keefe. This cup is lightweight and comfortable in the hand. Approximately 4" tall by 3 1/4" in diameter, please hand-wash
Donner says of her process, "Creating something out of clay is like healing a wound. My work is dictated by process and the sentimental experience of interacting with precious items on a daily basis." She has completed a number of artist residencies at notable institutions including Red Lodge Clay Center (MT) and Watershed Center for Ceramic Arts (ME).
Donner is the great-granddaughter of Nicholai Fechin.
